OUR PROJECTS

Friends of Olympic National Park supports special projects that protect natural resources, preserve cultural heritage, and enhance visitor experiences throughout the park:

  • Adopt-a-Trail: Heart O' the Forest Trail

  • Beach & Visitor Center Cleanups

  • Children's Discovery Room Project

  • Graffiti Removal

  • Guided Mushroom & Wildflower Walks

  • National Junior Ranger Day​

  • Winter Perspectives Series

We also give out annual awards for "Most Inspiration Park Employees" and "Most Inspirational Friend" and support park activities that the NPS budget does not cover.
